Sheikh Khazali calls for the development of the air defense system to protect the Iraqi airspace from repeated violations

The General Secretary- of Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq , Sheikh Qais Khazali, Today (Monday)called on the government to take measures to preserve security by enabling the security forces to extend their control over the borders, while stressing the need to equip and develop the Iraqi air defense system to protect Iraqi airspace from repeated violations,
His Eminence Sheikh Khazali said, in a tweet via “Twitter”, that expressions of condemnation and denunciation are not sufficient to demonstrate our firm principled position in refusing to encroach on the sovereignty of our country and violate the sanctity of its land. Therefore, we call on the Iraqi government to take measures to maintain security and stability, by enabling the federal security forces to extend their control over the borders, carry out their duties in securing them, and prevent the use of Iraqi lands as a springboard for aggression against neighboring countries,
His Eminence stressed the need to equip and develop the Iraqi air defense system to protect the airspace from repeated violations.
