His Eminence Sheikh Qais Khazali confirmed today (Thursday) that the martyr, Rana Al-Ajili, is an authentic Iraqi, who documented with her camera the battles to liberate Iraq from the terrorist ISIS. coinciding with the anniversary of her martyrdom.
His Eminence Sheikh Khazali said, in a tweet via “Twitter”: “We offer our condolences to the media community, and the family of the war correspondent, the heroic martyr Rana Al-Ajili, on the fifth anniversary of her martyrdom.
His Eminence added, “The authentic Iraqi woman who documented with her camera the battles to liberate Iraq from the terrorist Daesh, and with her media colleagues, she conveyed to the whole world the brutality of this misguided group, and its abuse by Iraqi blood. Be a martyr of the war media.
His Eminence concluded by saying, “God bless the soul of the martyr Rana Al-Ajili with his mercy, We belong to God and to Him we shall return.”
