The Deputy General Secretary of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, His Eminence, Muhammad al-Tabatabai, confirmed today ( Monday )that the steadfastness of the Iraqis thwarted the plans of the terrorist groups that were supported by more than 80 countries.
Mr. Tabatabaei said at the 8th edition of the Balad Al-Samoud International Festival, “The plans that were being implemented by the United States and Britain were thwarted by the mujahideen, the resistance fighters, and the defenders of the homeland and sanctities.
He added, “The takfiri ISIS terrorist groups that gathered from more than 80 countries tried to end our existence, tear us apart, and spill our blood. They lost and were defeated by the steadfastness of the original Iraqis.
