The deputy Secretary-General of Asai’b Ahl Alhaq, Sayyed Mohammed Tabataba’i , declared that targeting the protesters was an attempt to silence the cries that demands its stolen rights.
While attending the condolence gathering held to mourn the martyrs of the peaceful protests near the Green Zone, Baghdad, Sayed Mohammed held the head of the caretaker government, Mustafa Al Kadhimi, liable for the bloodshed of the protesters during the events of that bloody Friday, making clear that the protest was peaceful and conveying the opinions of the peaceful protesters.
Sayyed Tabatabai also demanded to cancel the parliamentary elections as he called it unfair and emphasized that the bloodshed of the martyrs will strengthen the determination to restore the rights to their owners.
