Faihan: Ending the presence of foreign forces in Iraq is a national demand it is vital for preserving its sovereignty and keeping it out of conflicts
on Sunday ,the head of the Al-Sadiqoon Parliamentary Bloc, Adnan Faihan, called to adopt a unified national position to end the presence of foreign forces in Iraq and keep it out of the circle of international conflicts.
Faihan said in a tweet that ‘The true national demand is to end the presence of American, Turkish and Zionist military bases and intelligence offices’.
Faihan pointed out that the Iraqi government, parliament, and all political components and forces are required to adopt a unified national position that preserves Iraq’s sovereignty and keeps it out of the circle of regional and international conflicts.
Furthermore he emphasized how important it is for Iraq not to be a base for retaliation and aggression knowing that the solution to this can only be reached by ending the occupation.
