Faihan: criticizes attempts trying to keep Iraq as a zone for war and settling regional scores

Today, on Saturday, the head of the Al-Sadiqoon Parliamentary Bloc, Adnan Faihan, urged to start investing in the current international and regional variables and events to serve the interests of Iraqis , not the interests of a certain leader or president to obtain power.

As Faihan stated in A tweet “ normally nations’ leaders and presidents seize
The international and regional variables and events to serve the interests of their countries and people without allowing anyone to interfere in their internal affairs or violating their sovereignty, such events are not used to serve the interests of a president or a leader who requests a (money , authority or exclusivity getting the presidency of parliamentary component)”

Additionally Faihan assured that he full support any party that take advantage of any variable to serve Iraq, its sovereignty and its position as an independent country without any interference in its affairs, especially when it comes to deciding Iraq’s enemies and allies .

Furthermore he added that he is in the middle between welcoming and resentment to Iran and Syria opening up and exchanging visits and meetings with the UAE and Saudi Arabia after years of war, conspiracy and siege. There are groups in Iraq who hold the Muqawama factions and the opposers of normalization accountable for Iraq not opening up to some neighboring countries and they are gloating over Al-Muqawama’s allies from other countries restoring their international relations , while Iraq remains a zone for conflict and settling scores between countries of the region.
