Sheikh Khazali confirms his support for the security and stability of Jordan, During his meeting with the Speaker of the Jordanian Parliament
The General Secretary of Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq His Eminence Sheikh Qais Al-Khazali, received in his office in Baghdad today (Thursday) the Speaker of the Jordanian Parliament, Mr. Ahmed Al-Safadi, and the accompanying delegation of members of the Jordanian Parliament.
During the meeting, they discussed a number of issues and files of common concern to the two brotherly peoples of Iraq and Jordan, and the importance of activating and developing parliamentary relations because of their great positive impact on the two neighboring countries.
While His Eminence Sheikh Khazali expressed his support for the security and stability of Jordan and all countries in the region, believing that security cannot be divided, as security in Jordan means security in Iraq.
For his part, Mr. Safadi thanked Sheikh Khazali’s welcome to the Jordanian parliamentary delegation, expressing his satisfaction with the deep and welcoming political horizon of His Eminence Sheikh Khazali in understanding the political situation and its complexities in the region.
