Al-Rubaie denies setting any conditions for extending the Aqaba pipeline during the dollar negotiations

The spokesman for the political bureau of the Sadiqoon Movement, Mahmoud al-Rubaie, Today (Sunday) denied setting any conditions for extending the oil pipeline to Aqaba during negotiations to resolve the crisis of the high exchange rate of the dollar.
Al-Rubaie said in a tweet via “Twitter”, that everything that is rumored about the existence of a requirement about extending the Aqaba pipeline is unfounded, indicating that this matter does not exist in the negotiations that took place regarding the issue of the high price of the dollar and government measures in this regard.
Al-Rubaie indicated that the Jordanian side is trying to play a mediating political role, and it knows that the issue of extending the oil pipeline will only be if it is in the interest of Iraq first, and with the approval of the political blocs that formed the government.
Al-Rubaie pointed out that any move towards this matter will only take place after studying all aspects related to this project and taking a decisive decision in this regard.
