Sheikh Khazali praises the government’s efforts to support the Lebanese state, While receiving an official delegation from Lebanon
The General Secretary of Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, His Eminence Sheikh Qais Khazali, received in his office in Baghdad today, Tuesday, the head of the Lebanese delegation to the Conference of the Arab Parliament Union, Representative Dr. “Ayoub Hamid” and Mr. “Ali Adeeb Al Habhab,” the Lebanese Ambassador to Iraq.
During the meeting, they discussed the close relationship between the two brotherly peoples and ways to develop it at all political, cultural, economic and other levels.
Meanwhile, Dr. “Hamid” gave an explanation about the overall situation in Lebanon, especially with regard to the current economic and political situation.
For his part, His Eminence Sheikh Khazali praised the directions of the Iraqi government in supporting the Lebanese state and working to deepen the relations of the two countries by facilitating the movement of goods and citizens, once again Iraq’s keenness on the stability of the Lebanese state and its Arab support.
