Fayhan: The rights of the Popular Mobilization Forces and the entitlements of the center and south will be guaranteed in the budget

The head of the Al-Sadiqun Parliamentary Bloc, Adnan Fayhan, On Friday, revealed the date for the arrival of the 2023 financial budget law to Parliament, while stressing that the rights of the Popular Mobilization Forces and the entitlements of the central and southern regions will be guaranteed in the budget.
Fayhan said, in an interview with him via the Hashd Nation, that “the budget will soon reach parliament, and we will work to add the issue of the canceled contracts and the differences of the Popular Mobilization to it,” noting that “the law of the Popular Mobilization has not reached Parliament yet, but it will be passed during the current parliamentary session.
He added, “The rights of the Popular Mobilization will be guaranteed and found in the budget,” stressing that “we have some observations on the budget, and these observations will correct the budget.
Fayhan stated that “the law allows the government to present the budget for three consecutive years, provided that there is no large deficit in it,” stressing that “we must provide all facilities to the government in order to provide services to citizens.
He also pointed out that “there is no compromising on the rights and entitlements of the center and south in the budget, and other sums will be added to the poorest governorates.
Fayhan indicated that there will be an amendment to the salary scale of retirees, explaining that the salary scale law has not yet been presented for discussion.
