The spokesman for the Sadiqun Bloc, Representative Muhammad Al-Baldawi, today (Thursday) responded to the head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Masoud Barzani, regarding the existence of a political paper that guarantees sending funds to the Kurdistan region outside the constitutional and legal frameworks, indicating that the regional government continues to control oil resources and outlets and has not sent any of the funds to the authority Federal.

Al-Baldawi commented on the Federal Court’s decision to invalidate the decisions of the Council of Ministers to send funds to the Kurdistan region, saying, “The Federal Court did not issue any of its decisions outside the constitution and the laws in force, and there are judges representing the Kurdish component among the members of the Federal Court, and they participated in voting on the last decision.
