Salem: Barzani likening the Federal Court to the Revolutionary Court is a grave insult to the judiciary.
The representative of the Al-Sadiqun Bloc, Hassan Salem, on Wednesday expressed his thanks to the Iraqi judiciary after its decision, which he described as courageous, as heroes of illegally sending 200 billion Iraqi dinars per month to the region.
Salem said in a tweet on “Twitter”, thanks to the courageous Iraqi judiciary and the Federal Court that upholds the constitution and preserves the political system and the fair distribution of wealth by annulling the decision to illegally send 200 billion Iraqi dinars per month to the region.
Salem considered Masoud Barzani’s likening of the Federal Court to the Revolutionary Court of the dead regime, a grave abuse of the judiciary and disregard for the decisions of the Federal Court.
