The General Secretary of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, His Eminence Sheikh Qais Khazali, stressed today (Wednesday) the need to respect and abide by the decisions of the judiciary as the pillar of the state, while expressing his rejection of any transgression of its institutions.
His Eminence Sheikh Khazali said, in a tweet via “Twitter”, we affirm that the judiciary is the pillar of the Iraqi state, and we call for the necessity of respecting and adhering to its decisions, and we reject any transgression of its decisions and institutions.
His Eminence added, “We believe that the only way to stabilize the political process and preserve rights is to abide by the ceiling of the constitution”.
His Eminence stressed the importance of avoiding tension and hasty in making decisions, and completing dialogues and discussions to reach results that guarantee the rights of all within the ceiling of the constitution.
