Sheikh Khazali calls on the government to support judges and strengthen their role … On the day of the Iraqi judiciary.

The General Secretary of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, His Eminence Sheikh Qais Khazali, today (Monday) congratulated the judicial institution on the occasion of the Iraqi Judiciary Day, while calling on all political parties to strengthen the role of the judiciary as the safety valve that preserved the state.
His Eminence Sheikh Khazali said, in a tweet via “Twitter”, that, on the day of the Iraqi judiciary, we extend our congratulations and blessings to the Iraqi judicial institution, and we call on all political parties to strengthen the role of the judiciary, as the safety valve that preserved the Iraqi state and the continuity of the political process in accordance with Constitution and law.
His Eminence also called on the executive authority, represented by the Iraqi government, to provide full support and the required care, and to provide all requirements that are commensurate with the importance of the pioneering role of Iraqi judges, especially the provision of lands or housing units that are appropriate and commensurate with the role of the judiciary, its sacrifices, and its high importance.
His Eminence concluded his tweet by saying, “Mercy and contentment are for the martyrs of the Iraqi judiciary”.
