A delegation from the political office of Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq visits the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to discuss a number of issues related to Iraqi diplomacy.

A delegation from the political bureau of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, headed by Mr. Laith Al-Adhari and membership of Dr. Iktifa Al-Hasnawi and Dr. Hani Abdel-Saheb, visited the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Baghdad.
The delegation met with both agents, Dr. Muhammad Hussein Muhammad Bahr Al-Ulum, Undersecretary for Bilateral Relations, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Husseini, Undersecretary for Administrative and Technical Affairs, as well as Dr. Hisham Al-Alawi, Undersecretary for Political Planning.
During the meeting, the most important political issues of the country and bilateral relations with neighboring countries, countries of the region and the world were discussed, as the delegation indicated full political support for the success of Iraqi diplomacy and the formation of good relations with all countries of the world in a way that serves the national interests of Iraq by gaining the trust of the international community, a trust that has been shaken. The issue of canceling the Khor Abdullah Agreement between Iraq and Kuwait was also discussed by the Federal Court due to its unconstitutionality, with emphasis on Iraq’s sovereignty and territorial integrity as a top priority, and under no circumstances can one inch of Iraqi territory be given up.
At the end of the meeting, the delegation thanked the undersecretaries for the good reception and hospitality. The delegation also praised the efforts made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in defending Iraq’s sovereignty and caring for its interests at all levels.
