Al-Salhiy Al-Khanjar’s statements aim to stir up strife in order to gain electoral votes.

The representative of the Al-Sadiqoon parliamentary bloc, Rafiq Al-Salhiy, accused today (Sunday) political parties of working to stir up strife and incite against the popular mobilization order to gain electoral votes.
Al-Salhiy said in a press interview, “Al-Khanjar and others like him are trying to divide the provinces according to their desire, forgetting the sacrifices of Iraqis in defending Iraq from the clutches of ISIS”.
He added that “the discordant voices that are issued from time to time aim to undermine the unity of the national ranks, which defended the sanctities of the beloved country,” pointing out that “the Iraqis will elect those who defended them and protected Iraq, not those who sat in hotels”.
He stressed that “the ballot boxes will reject the votes of the discordant, led by the Khanjar and those like him”.
