Sheikh Khazali congratulates the Christian component on the birth of Jesus Christ (peace be upon him) and calls for commitment to the values of cohesion and cooperation among the people of the country

The General Secretary of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, His Eminence Sheikh Qais al-Khazali, offered today (Monday) congratulations and blessings to the people of the Christian component on the anniversary of the birth of the  Jesus Son of Mary (peace be upon him), while he renewed his call to consolidate the values of dialogue, tolerance, peaceful coexistence and unity under the tent of Iraq.
His Eminence Sheikh Khazali said in a blog post on the “X” platform, that on this blessed occasion, the anniversary of the birth of our master Jesus bin Maryam (peace be upon him), we renew our call to all Iraqis, to consolidate the values of dialogue, tolerance and peaceful coexistence, inspired by the life of Christ (peace be upon him), a symbol. Peace and love are these values.
His Eminence stressed that these values ​​represent the essence of the true Islamic religion, and the approach and teachings of the People of the House, peace be upon them, which call for mutual respect, cohesion and cooperation among all the people of the country, especially our Christian people.
His Eminence called for making diversity a source of strength and unity under the tent of Iraq, expressing his wishes to the children of the Christian component for a blessed and glorious birth anniversary filled with goodness, peace and love, adding by saying: Happy New Year to you and all Iraqis.
