Salem Al-Abadi: The repeated attacks by American forces on the positions of the Popular Mobilization Forces prove that they are “occupation” forces.

A member of the political bureau of the Al-Sadiqoon, Salem Al-Abadi, confirmed on Tuesday that the repeated attacks by American forces on the positions of the Popular Mobilization Forces reveal the nature of the presence of those forces and the reasons for their survival, calling on the government to take a firm stance regarding these attacks and prevent their recurrence.
Al-Abadi said in a blog post on the “X” website, that at a time when the American targeting of the Popular Mobilization Forces units reveals the state of hostility and the clear hatred of the policy of the American-Israeli axis towards the system and principle of the Blessed Mobilization Forces and the honorable Iraqi resistance factions, as they are the most prominent – if not the only – obstacle to achieving Their agendas in Iraq and the region, militarily, politically, and even culturally… At the same time, the repetition of these attacks reveals the nature of the American forces present on Iraqi soil and the intended goal of their continued survival.
Salem considered that the practices of these forces prove that they are not training or consulting forces and do not obey Iraqi law and do whatever they want without referring to the Iraqi government, stressing that they are simply (occupation) forces.
He added that the current Iraqi government – and we trust it – is called upon to take a firm stance regarding these attacks, not to repeat them, and to end the presence of any foreign forces on our land, whatever the pretexts.
