The representative of the Al-Sadiqoon, Ahmed Al-Musawi, confirmed on Friday the government’s determination to end the foreign presence in Iraq, and while he expressed his confidence in the ability of the Iraqi forces to control the security file, he indicated that the resistance strikes forced the occupier to sit at the dialogue table and submit to the demands of withdrawal.
Al-Moussawi said in a blog post on the “X” website, “The Iraqi government is determined to end the presence of coalition forces on our lands,” which is a step we stress our commitment to as one of the most important priorities of the government’s approach.
Al-Moussawi pointed out that the heroic resistance strikes forced the occupier and the government to sit at the same dialogue table to rid Iraq of a foreign presence whose departure would guarantee high security and stability.
Al-Moussawi expressed that everyone is fully convinced that the security forces are capable of maintaining the security file completely.
