The Representative from the Al-Sadiqoon, Hassan Salem, announced today, Sunday, the collection of parliamentary signatures to demand that the government cut off oil supplies to Jordan due to its participation in the American aggression against Iraq.
Salem said, during his participation in the funeral ceremony for the martyrs of the treacherous American bombing that targeted the headquarters of the Popular Mobilization Forces, that “the Iraqi government must file a complaint with the UN Security Council and expedite the implementation of the parliament’s decision to expel the foreign occupier”.
Salem considered, “The silence of the Iraqi Foreign Ministry means its complicity in American terrorism,” noting that “the American bombing expresses Washington’s terrorist identity toward the peoples of the world and its disdain for the blood of Iraqis”.
He added, “Jordan has always provided it with what Iraq has provided, and a position must be taken against them as a result of the recent collusion”.
