The representative of the Al-Sadiqoon, Ahmed Al-Musawi, confirmed on Friday that deciding the presidency of Parliament depends on the Federal Court and Sunni consensus, revealing the presence of parties seeking to blackmail the government and the political system.
Al-Moussawi said during a televised interview that Parliament is exercising its duties and no one is above the law, indicating that interrogations are among the core tasks of Parliament’s work, while he explained that Nabil Jassim’s answers were illogical and were not convincing and that there is a real problem in the Iraqi media network.
He pointed out that the Kurdistan region’s experience proved a failure due to the region’s lack of success in administration and relations.
He added that the sectarianism created by America failed in Iraq, especially since Anbar society rejects calls for secession and regions, while pointing out the presence of politicians residing abroad inciting the formation of regions.
