The General Secretary of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, His Eminence Sheikh Qais al-Khazali, today (Friday) condemned the unjust aggression led by global arrogance and its henchmen against Yemen, and while he considered that this matter represents a blatant violation of international laws and humanitarian norms, he affirmed his full solidarity with the Yemeni people in confronting this. Brutal aggression.
Sheikh Khazali said in a blog post on the “X” website, that from the heart of Iraq, the land of Hussein (peace be upon him), the cemetery of invaders and the cradle of heroes, we raise our voice loudly, to condemn the unjust aggression against which the brotherly people of Yemen are being subjected, because of their support for the Palestinian cause.
His Eminence stressed that this aggression, led by global arrogance and its henchmen, represents a blatant violation of all international laws and humanitarian norms, and is an attempt to exploit the silence of the Arab peoples in the face of what is happening in Palestine, to be repeated in Yemen.
He added that we in Iraq, as an integral part of the axis of resistance, declare our full solidarity with the Yemeni people in their confrontation with this brutal aggression, and we affirm that these desperate attempts will not weaken Yemen, but rather will increase its solidity and cohesion.
His Eminence pointed out that the legendary steadfastness shown by the Yemeni people in the face of these challenges deserves to be greatly appreciated and supported, and we see in it conclusive evidence that the will of the people cannot be broken by military machinery or conspiracies.
His Eminence also strongly condemned the direct role played by the forces of evil, the ominous trinity of America, Britain and the Zionist entity, in this aggression. We affirm that these criminal acts reveal the true face of the aggressors and expose their hypocrisy, while calling on the international community, and all free people in the world, to condemn this aggression. And supporting the right of the Yemeni people to defend their sovereignty, freedom and dignity.
