Al-Moussawi calls for keeping the political file in Diyala away from security interventions … Warning against attempts to stir up strife.

The representative of the Al-Sadiqoon and member of the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee, Ahmed Al-Moussawi, confirmed today (Thursday) his rejection of the interference of the security authorities in the political file in Diyala Governorate, considering that the matter amounts to playing with fire in view of the sensitive situation that the governorate is going through as a result of the disputes regarding the formation of the Diyala Governorate Council.
Al-Moussawi, in a blog post on the “X” platform, addressed the Minister of Interior, saying: We are not in the time of the accursed Haddam, who used false and ready-made accusations against anyone who had a political opinion that differed from him, indicating that Diyala Governorate is at the hands of a demon, and the entry of the Internal Security Forces into the political file is playing with fire and does not “We allow it”.
Al-Moussawi pointed out that there is a strife that some parties in Diyala want to ignite, calling on the Minister of Interior to intervene to contain the crisis and not the other way around by putting pressure on the judiciary and issuing arrest warrants for those who spent their lives defending the state and the law, considering that it is shameful for the one who sacrifices to be accused of being a victim. It harbors terrorism and criminals, while he added: I advise you to review yourself before oppressing others.
