The head of the Al-Sadiqoon parliamentary, Habib Al-Halawi, called today (Saturday) on the government to work hard to implement Parliament’s decision to remove all foreign forces from Iraq, following the aggression that targeted the headquarters of the Popular Mobilization Forces and the security services at the “Kalsu” base in Babil Governorate.
Al-Halawi said in a blog post on the “X” platform, that with the renewed violations against Iraqi sovereignty, the latest of which is the targeting of the “Kalsu” base in Babylon, we call on the government and parliament to seriously work to implement the parliament’s decision to remove all foreign forces from Iraq.
He added that it is a national, legal and moral duty to preserve Iraq’s sovereignty and repel the cowardly and treacherous attacks targeting the Popular Mobilization Forces and the security forces.
