Sheikh Khazali: The sacrifices made by the people of Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq are aimed at building a state that fulfills the aspirations of the Iraqi people.

The General Secretary of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, His Eminence Sheikh Qais al-Khazali, confirmed today (Friday) that removing the American forces and achieving economic sovereignty are the most prominent challenges facing Iraq. While he pointed out that the movement provided thousands of martyrs on the path of truth, he stated that the goal of these sacrifices is to build a state that achieves Aspirations of the Iraqi people.
Sheikh Khazali said in his speech during the central celebration held in Baghdad on the occasion of the 21st anniversary of the founding of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, that the brothers of Zainab offered nearly 1,500 martyrs, indicating that Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq and the resistance factions made sacrifices in order to liberate the country and achieve sovereignty in us. He pointed out that those the sacrifices were aimed at achieving a capable state.
His Eminence indicated that the sacrifices made by the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq are aimed at building a state that fulfills the aspirations of the Iraqi people, considering that despite all the challenges, Iraq stands and exists in the shadow of a state in which our people place hope, while he renewed the pledge to the souls of the martyrs and the people to continue on the path State building.
His Eminence continued, “Iraq defeated the largest military force in the world and that the Iraqis were able to overcome the challenge of sectarianism and remove the American forces and achieved a victory over terrorism, stressing the need to celebrate the victory over the most powerful terrorist gang in history”.
His Eminence added that the enemies of Iraq tried to threaten the existence of the country and destroy the state, but the genuine position of the Iraqis, the authority, the government and the people to stand united against the terrorists thwarted this plan and they achieved a great victory.
Sheikh Khazali explained that the enemies of Iraq were betting on standing against a state that fulfilled the aspirations of its people, and despite the fact that we were going through serious challenges and the attempts of many to spread despair, the Iraqi people were able to overcome the challenges and succeeded in overcoming them.
His Eminence pointed out that there was an approach to destroying the state in the Al-Kadhimi government, and we were able to overcome this challenge and stand against the second term by forming a coalition of state administration and Al’atar Altansiqei .
His Eminence noted that there are many challenges facing Iraq, the first of which is the removal of foreign military forces and the achievement of economic sovereignty, considering that achieving monetary sovereignty depends on Iraq having full control over its money and working to recover what was looted, especially in the previous government.
His Eminence expressed his confidence in the Sudanese government to complete the process of sacrifices and firmly confront financial and administrative corruption, especially in the previous government.
Sheikh Al-Khazali stressed the importance of continuing to activate investment and providing job opportunities for Iraqi youth, working to find solutions to the problem of slums in Baghdad and the provinces, and achieving real community reconciliation in areas that were exposed to ISIS terrorism.
His Eminence also called on the Sunni political forces to unify their word and resolve the issue of the presidency of Parliament, considering the vacancy in the position of Speaker of Parliament a major challenge that must be resolved, stressing the need to solve the problem of salaries for our Kurdish people in a way that guarantees their right to a decent life.
