The General Secretary of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, His Eminence Sheikh Qais Khazali, received in his office in Baghdad the National Security Advisor, Mr. Qasim al-Araji.
A statement from Sheikh Al-Khazaali’s media office stated that during the meeting, the current security developments in Iraq were discussed, as well as the latest developments related to the security agreement between Iraq and Turkey.
The statement added that ways to confront the attacks carried out by the Turkish army in northern Iraq were discussed, and the importance of preserving national sovereignty and enhancing the country’s security and stability was emphasized.
