Al-Sadiqoon parliamentary issued today (Tuesday) a strongly worded statement, in which it expressed its condemnation of the recent Zionist attack on Lebanon, while describing the attack as a sinful attack that targets the security and stability of the Lebanese people and their valiant resistance.
The bloc said in its statement that it follows with great sadness and condemnation the heinous crime committed by the Zionist enemy today against the land of Lebanon and its resistant people, indicating that this sinful attack that targets the security and stability of Lebanon comes within the framework of the aggressive occupation policies that will inevitably end soon.
The bloc offered its sincere condolences to the brotherly Lebanese people and the sons of the honorable resistance in Hezbollah, and while affirming its full support for them in this great calamity, it considered that this crime is a clear reflection of the despair that the Zionist entity is suffering from as it breathes its last breaths, as it realizes that all its attempts to undermine the resolve of the resistance will fail, and that victory will be the ally of the resistance and its free and proud peoples.
The statement added that the resistance of the heroes in southern Lebanon represents a basic starting point at the end of this usurping entity. These ongoing heroics are what will draw the features of the inevitable end of the occupation, and confirm that the will of the peoples is invincible, no matter how long it takes.
The statement expressed Iraq’s support, as a people and government, and its absolute solidarity with its brothers in Lebanon, stressing that the fate of the resistance is victory, no matter how much the Enemies gang up on it.
Al-Sadiqoon continued in its statement by saying: These repeated attacks will only increase our belief that the resistance project is the only way to liberate the land and restore dignity, while it concluded the statement by praying for mercy for the martyrs, a speedy recovery for the wounded, and shame and disgrace for the Zionist occupation and its agents.
