Sheikh Al-Khazali congratulates the convening of the second conference of the Sadiqoon and sends strategic messages regarding the situation in Iraq.

The Sadiqoon held its second conference in Najaf, in the presence of His Eminence Sheikh Qais Khazali, the movement’s leaders, and the Party Affairs Department of the Independent High Electoral Commission, to elect the party’s president and members of the political bureau and approve amendments to the movement’s internal regulations.
A statement issued by Sheikh Al-Khazali’s media office stated that His Eminence Sheikh Al-Khazali delivered a speech that focused on several strategic messages. His Eminence began the first message by greeting the members of the Al-Sadiqoon Movement, stressing that the movement was launched with great jihadist sacrifices and achieved qualitative accomplishments since its establishment in 2012. Today, it has become one of the most important political forces in Iraq. He pointed out that the movement aspires to be the political front that gathers the people’s energies and works to build Iraq on the basis of sovereignty and prosperity.
In his second message to Parliament, Sheikh Khazali praised the issuance of important laws, such as criminalizing normalization and homosexuality, and considered them unprecedented achievements. However, he stressed the need to expedite the enactment of vital laws, such as the Personal Status Law and the Service and Retirement Law for the Mujahideen of the Popular Mobilization Forces, and called on the Sadiqoon deputies to contribute to the implementation of these legislations.
In his third letter, Sheikh Khazali praised the government’s efforts in providing services and removing the international coalition forces, and commended the Prime Minister’s position on the Palestinian issue.

Sheikh Khazali addressed his fourth message to the judiciary, demanding a speedy conclusion of investigations into the “Deal of the Century,” which he described as the biggest corruption case in Iraq. He stressed that the people place their trust in the judiciary to issue a fair verdict.
In his fifth message to the Kurdistan Region, Sheikh Khazali stressed feelings of love and respect, calling on the regional government to abide by its constitutional duties, stressing that it is in your interest and well-being to be a true part of this country, with what they have and what they are subject to.
In his sixth message, His Eminence also paid tribute to His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Hezbollah, stressing the unity of battle and destiny between Iraq and Lebanon in the face of common challenges.
In his last message to all the martyrs, he said: “We will follow your path and work to achieve the goals for which you were martyred, preserve Iraq’s sovereignty, expel all foreign forces from its land, and confront the corrupt and corruptors”.
Sheikh Al-Khazali concluded his speech with a pledge to Imam Al-Mahdi (peace be upon him), stressing that the “truthful ones” will remain loyal soldiers working to pave the way for his blessed appearance, on various levels of cultural, political, preparedness and economic empowerment.
