Saad Al-Saadi, a member of the political bureau of the Sadiqoon, confirmed today (Wednesday) the adherence of the Iraqi resistance factions to the approach of the martyred Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, stressing that the resistance is still steadfast in confronting the Zionist entity, which he described as “weaker than a spider’s web”.
Al-Saadi said in a televised interview that the resistance factions in the region taught the Zionist entity unforgettable lessons, stressing that Iraq will not abandon its role in resisting this usurping entity.
Regarding regional relations, Al-Saadi praised the recent Iranian response, considering that it “restored the prestige of Islam and the Arabs” in the face of repeated betrayals by some Arab regimes, noting that “Iran raised the head of Islam” in the face of “the betrayal of Arab rulers,” while praising the role of the Supreme Leader in “washing away the shame of the Arabs who conspired against Lebanon and Palestine”.
In the context of his talk about the internal situation, Al-Saadi directed sharp criticism at the Kurdistan Region, indicating that the Kurds are “the last ones who should talk about the constitution,” adding that “respecting the state is the last thing the region thinks about,” as he confirmed that the Zionists enjoy complete freedom in the region, referring to raising their flags there.
Al-Saadi concluded his statements by saying that the Iraqi government must “atone for the strategic mistake of giving weapons to the Peshmerga,” stressing the need to correct this path to support the unity of the state and strengthen its position in the face of internal and external challenges.
