The General Secretary of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, His Eminence Sheikh Qais Khazali, extended on Thursday, his congratulations to Dr. Mahmoud al-Mashhadani on the occasion of his victory in the position of Speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives.
In a post on the “X” platform, Sheikh Al-Khazali expressed his hope that Dr. Al-Mashhadani and the members of the Council would contribute to performing their desired role during the remaining period of the parliamentary session.
His Eminence stressed the importance of completing the legislation and laws that meet the needs of the Iraqi people, in addition to following up on the oversight and service tasks that achieve the interests of Iraq and the Iraqis. His Eminence concluded his post by praying for the Council’s success in achieving its national goals.
