Sheikh Al-Khazali: The anniversary of victory embodies the sacrifices of the martyrs and confirms the importance of vigilance to face challenges.

The General Secretary of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, His Eminence Sheikh Qais Khazali, stressed today (Tuesday) the importance of remembering the sacrifices made by the righteous martyrs who watered the land of Iraq with their pure blood, to purify it from the filth of the forces of darkness and takfir supported by the forces of global arrogance, coinciding with the anniversary of the Iraqi victory over terrorism.
His Eminence said in a tweet on the “X” platform, that on the anniversary of victory and its most beautiful Iraqi holiday, we remember those who have done us all a favor, and at the forefront of the procession are those whose blood has cleansed the earth, to perform the prayer of liberation from the filth of the takfiri and dark groups supported by the forces of arrogance, and their humiliated tools that control the destinies of our Arab and Islamic peoples, from the sultans of injustice and oppression who have been hostile to our dear Iraqi people and our state, which is riddled with the wounds of occupation and terrorism.
His Eminence expressed his highest appreciation and gratitude to the supreme authority that issued the historic fatwa, and whose call was answered by the free Iraqis who offered their most precious possessions while fighting the battles of honor under the leadership of the best men of the resistance, leading the hordes of the Popular Mobilization Forces, which painted the most beautiful pictures of courage, awareness, and faith in the struggle of truth against falsehood, with their brothers in the formations of the Iraqi security forces.
His Eminence expressed his gratitude to the heroes of the Islamic Resistance Axis, especially the men of Hezbollah in Lebanon and the Islamic Republic of Iran, for the decisive military and advisory support they provided during the most difficult stages of the war, stressing that this support was a fundamental factor in achieving victory.
His Eminence pointed out the necessity for the memory of victory to be a beacon for future generations to follow, and a motivation for constant readiness to confront any attempts to undermine the sovereignty of Iraq and its people.
His Eminence also touched on the regional situation, calling for vigilance in light of the Zionist attacks on Palestine and Lebanon, and the accelerating events in Syria, stressing the importance of taking the necessary precautions to protect the sanctities of Muslims and defend the followers of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
His Eminence concluded his statement by praying that God would protect Iraq and the Arab and Islamic peoples from the evil of enemies, praying for the souls of the martyrs, foremost among them the leaders of victory whose sacrifices formed the cornerstone for achieving sovereignty and dignity.
