Al-Moussawi: Al-Shaab Hospital is ready to receive patients and we are planning a qualitative shift in the health sector.

Al Sadiqoon and member of the Parliamentary Health Committee, Zainab Al-Moussawi, confirmed today (Saturday) that the People’s Hospital project represents an important medical edifice that has been long awaited for years due to the many obstacles it faced, following its opening by Prime Minister Mohammed Al-Sudani.
Al-Moussawi said in a press statement that the Parliamentary Health Committee made great efforts to follow up on the progress of work on the project and remove obstacles facing the implementing agencies, which resulted in the completion of the hospital and its full preparation to receive visitors.
Al-Moussawi added, “This medical facility that we see today is ready to provide health services and is the result of diligent work and cooperation between the concerned parties.
She added that the next goal is to involve foreign cadres with rare specializations with local medical teams, which will contribute to achieving a qualitative shift in medical expertise.
Al-Moussawi also stressed that this step will be the beginning of achieving advanced health services for all Iraqis, with continued efforts to replicate this experience in the rest of the cities and governorates to develop the health sector on a large scale.
