The representative of the Sadiqoon parliamentary, Rafiq Al-Salihi, today (Tuesday) warned of new attempts to target the Popular Mobilization Forces, stressing that the Mobilization Forces are under the control of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and its dissolution is a red line.
Al-Salihi said in a press statement, “The great victories achieved thanks to the blood of the Popular Mobilization Forces angered many,” noting that “the Popular Mobilization Forces are stronger than ever in the face of external plots”.
He added, “Providing justice to the Popular Mobilization Forces fighters is a priority for the legislative and executive authorities during the next phase”.
Al-Salihi also pointed out that “there are those who seek to achieve sectarian goals through demanding the dissolution of the Popular Mobilization Forces”.
