The spokesman for the Sadiqoon, Muhammad al-Baldawi, confirmed today (Sunday) that the Iraqi army will remain a symbol of pride and honor for the homeland with its great sacrifices that it has made over the years in defense of Iraq’s sovereignty and independence.
Al-Baldawi said in a post on the “X” platform: “Every year, we celebrate our valiant army, which has proven to be the protective shield of the land of Iraq and its people, and is at the forefront of the defenders of the homeland, writing the most wonderful epics of heroism and courage in various stages”.
He added: “Every year, our great army, with all its branches, is a source of pride and honor for the Iraqis. Our love for it never fades in our hearts, and it is the source of security and stability for our beloved country”.
At the end of his statement, Al-Baldawi paid tribute to the brave men of the army, wishing them continued health and strength to continue carrying out their noble mission of protecting the homeland, adding: “May you, heroes, remain protectors of the homeland and loyal to the message, and may you have a thousand good years”.
