Al-Baldawi responds to the American allegations regarding the return of ISIS activity … considering it an excuse for the occupation forces to remain.

The spokesman for the Sadiqoon parliamentary, Mohammed Al-Baldawi, confirmed on Thursday that the allegations of American officials about the return of ISIS activity are a pretext to evade the agreement to withdraw all their forces by the end of this year, indicating that our security forces, including the army, the Popular Mobilization Forces, and the Federal Police, are capable of confronting ISIS terrorist cells.
Al-Baldawi said in a press statement, “The developments that have taken place in the region, especially in Syria and Lebanon, are backed by the United States of America and supported by other countries such as Turkey and others, in order to implement the expansionist project of the Zionist entity”.
He added, “The Americans have begun to strengthen their military presence in the region under the pretext of ISIS activity, using it as a pretext to evade the agreement to withdraw their military forces at the end of this year with the Iraqi side”.
Al-Baldawi pointed out that “the security services, with all their formations, including the Popular Mobilization Forces, are capable of confronting the terrorist ISIS cells that have become remnants and are no longer an organization that has the power to control”.
