Sheikh Al-Khazali receives a tribal delegation from Maysan and praises the role of tribes in supporting national issues.

The General Secretary of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, His Eminence Sheikh Qais Khazali, received in his office in Baghdad today (Saturday) a delegation of tribal sheikhs and dignitaries of Maysan Governorate. During the meeting, the pivotal role of the Iraqi tribes in enhancing stability and supporting the national process was emphasized.
A statement issued by Sheikh Al-Khazali’s media office stated that His Eminence stressed during the meeting the importance of concerted efforts between the various tribal and national components in order to make the state’s progress a success, stressing that the tribes were and still are the safety valve in facing the challenges facing the country.
For their part, the sheikhs of the tribes and dignitaries of Maysan valued the national stances of Sheikh Al-Khazali, expressing their appreciation for his role in defending the rights of the Iraqi people and his continuous efforts to enhance security and stability.
