The General Secretary of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, His Eminence Sheikh Qais Khazali, visited Today, Tuesday) the family of the martyred leader Mahdi al-Kanani, on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of his martyrdom.
A statement issued by Sheikh Al-Khazali’s media office stated that His Eminence stressed during the visit that the sacrifices of the heroic martyrs, foremost among them the leader Mahdi Al-Kanani, will remain engraved in the memory of generations, stressing that their pure blood was, and still is, fuel for the nation’s march in defending Islamic and national principles and values.
For its part, the martyr’s family expressed their appreciation for this visit, considering it a reflection of loyalty to the martyrs’ line and their sacrifices.
His Eminence Sheikh Al-Amin concluded his visit by praying for mercy and forgiveness for the martyr Al-Kanani and all the martyrs of Iraq.
