Al-Hilali: More than 100 parliamentary signatures have been collected to include the Popular Mobilization Forces law on the parliament’s agenda.
The Member of Parliament for the Sadiqoon, Ibtisam al-Hilali, revealed on Tuesday that the Coordination Framework has collected more than 100 signatures from members of Parliament, with the aim of adding the Popular Mobilization Forces’ service and retirement law to the agenda of today’s parliamentary session.
In a press statement, Al-Hilali stressed that the House of Representatives’ presidency must respond to the MPs’ demands and include the law on the session’s agenda, paving the way for a vote on it.
She added that the ِِAl’atar Altansiqi Members of Parliaments will continue to boycott parliament sessions until this demand is met and the law is included on the agenda.
