Sheikh Al-Khazali: We renew our pledge to Imam Al-Hujjah (may God hasten his reappearance) to support the truth and confront the forces of arrogance … On the anniversary of the martyrdom of the Commander of the Faithful.

The General Secretary of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, His Eminence Sheikh Qais Khazali, today (Saturday) extended his deepest condolences and sympathy to the Imam of the Age (may God hasten his reappearance), the great authorities, the scholars of the nation, the leaders and men of the resistance, the sons of the Iraqi people, all lovers and followers of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and to all of humanity, on the painful anniversary of the martyrdom of the Master of the Monotheists and the Imam of the Pious, the Commander of the Faithful, Ali ibn Abi Talib (may God’s prayers and peace be upon him).
In a post on the “X” platform, Sheikh Al-Khazaali recalled the saying of the Great Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family) about the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him): (O Ali, no one knows God except me and you, and no one knows me except God and you, and no one knows you except God and I), pointing to the great position that Imam Ali (peace be upon him) occupied in the history of Islam and humanity, and asking God (Almighty and Majestic) to grant everyone success in steadfastness in his guardianship, following his example, and attaining his intercession on the day when people stand before the Lord of the Worlds.
His Eminence called on the believers and lovers to renew the covenant with Imam Mahdi (may God hasten his reappearance) to support the truth and its people, defend the oppressed and deprived, and confront all forces of hegemony, arrogance, occupation, and excommunication, which target the innocent and are hostile to the forces of goodness, justice, and humanity, and spread destruction in the countries of our oppressed Islamic peoples, in Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen, Syria, and other countries of the world, so that we may be, in confronting and resisting, up to the responsibility that our commitment to our true religion, our lofty values, and the doctrine of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) requires of us.
His Eminence also stressed that the martyrdom of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) at the hands of the most wicked of the first and the last, through the treachery of the most wicked of the first and the last, was and will remain a beacon illuminating the path of truth, justice and goodness for generations.
His Eminence concluded by saying: “Peace be upon him the day he was born, the day he was martyred, and the day he is raised alive. To God we belong and to Him we shall return”.
