Zahra al-Bajari, head of the Parliamentary Transport and Communications Committee for the Sadiqoun bloc, affirmed on Saturday her categorical rejection of the terrorist al-Julani’s visit to Iraq, considering any attempt to justify it an insult to the sacrifices of the nation’s people.
Al-Bujari said in a tweet on the “X” platform: “The statement of the so-called Izzat Al-Shabandar is nothing but a ridiculous justification and a malicious comparison. How dare the butcher Al-Julani compare himself to the mujahid sheikh Qais Khazali, who took up arms in defense of Iraq and fought terrorism and America, without compromising his religion or his country, while the other was beholden to foreign dictates”?
She added, “The arrival and visit of the terrorist al-Julani to Iraq is categorically rejected, and we will not allow Iraq to become a base for terrorists and those who conspire against its security and stability”.
