The Central Office of Youth of the Righteous Youth held a specialized development workshop, attended by officials from the governorate offices and affiliated institutes, with the aim of enhancing organizational and educational performance within the office’s institutions.
The workshop included a comprehensive review of the work of the Mujahideen Children Care File, and a detailed explanation of the approved organizational structure for this file, as part of the office’s efforts to enhance care and effective monitoring of this important segment.
The attendees also discussed the general and detailed objectives of both the Ali al-Akbar (peace be upon him) Institute and the Rayat al-Huda Institute, in addition to clarifying the job descriptions of the cadres working in them, whether at the level of general jobs or the subsidiary tasks specific to each institute. The workshop included a comprehensive discussion of the challenges facing the two institutes, with efforts being made to formulate practical solutions and appropriate mechanisms to overcome obstacles and ensure the continuity and development of educational work.
