Sheikh Al-Khazali on International Workers’ Day: Iraqi workers are the backbone of development and the spirit of production.

The General Secretary of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, His Eminence Sheikh Qais Khazali, paid on Thursday, tribute to Iraq’s workers on International Workers’ Day, praising their pioneering role in building the nation and achieving development.
In a post on the “X” platform, Sheikh Al-Khazaali said, “With pride and honor, on this International Workers’ Day, we salute the great efforts made by Iraqi workers in various fields. They are the backbone of development, the tireless spirit of production, and the nation’s support in its aspirations for a better future”.
His Eminence emphasized that this day is not merely a passing occasion, but rather a moment to renew our pledge to stand by workers and advocate for their rights through legislation that protects their rights, provides employment opportunities that match their capabilities, and improves their living conditions to ensure security and stability.
His Eminence stressed the need to support the private sector, as it is a key partner in advancing the national economy and an important source of employment for young Iraqi talent.
At the end of his post, Sheikh Al-Khazaali extended his love and loyalty to every worker, male and female, who has given value and meaning to work and contributed to the advancement of their country. He wished them continued prosperity in a country that does them justice and embraces their aspirations.
