The parliament member for the Sadiqoon, Suhaila al-Sultani, affirmed on Tuesday her categorical rejection of any transgression or abuse of images of the leaders of victory and the martyrs of the Popular Mobilization Forces. She considered any attack on these national symbols a direct insult to the immense sacrifices made by these heroes in defense of Iraq, its security, and its sovereignty.
Al-Sultani said in a post on the “X” platform that she strongly warns against any transgression or abuse of the images of the leaders of victory and the martyrs of the Popular Mobilization Forces, while she considered any tampering with them a direct insult to the sacrifices made by these heroes in defense of the homeland.
Al-Sultani stressed that “the relevant authorities will take appropriate measures against anyone who dares to attack the symbols of martyrdom and dignity, affirming that the Popular Mobilization Forces and their sacrifices represent a red line that must not be crossed”.
