Al-Halawi congratulates Hezbollah and the Amal Movement on their victory in the municipal elections in southern Lebanon.
Habib al-Hallawi, head of the Sadiqoon parliamentary, congratulated Hezbollah and the Amal Movement on Sunday for their resounding victory in the municipal elections held in southern Lebanon. He emphasized that this victory reflects the awareness of the people of the south and their adherence to the option of resistance despite internal and external pressures.
In a post on the “X” platform, Halawi said, “The victory of Hezbollah and the Amal Movement is a victory for the will of the people and their trust in their leaders,” noting that “southern Lebanon has proven once again that it is a bastion of steadfastness and pride, and that the ballot boxes were the voice of the nation, not of guardianship”.
Al-Halawi also appreciated the efforts of the leaders and voters, wishing them success in their journey of construction and service to citizens.
