The General Secretary of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, His Eminence Sheikh Qais al-Khazali, today (Tuesday) renewed the pledge to remain steadfast in the footsteps of the leaders, symbols, and mujahideen who devoted themselves to upholding the word of God and defending religion, belief, and the homeland, in conjunction with the anniversary of the martyrdom of the great religious authority, Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr. And his Alawite sister, Bint Al-Huda, while affirming his firm position of rejecting the occupation and the necessity of ending the foreign presence in the country.
Sheikh Khazali said, in a blog post on the “X” Platform “On this day, we stand at the gates of a great memory and a fragrant biography that was and still is a source of pride, pride and inspiration for all free people in Iraq and the world, which is the memory of the martyrdom of the Grand Ayatollah, Sayyed Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr and his sister.” Al-Alawiyah bint Al-Huda (may God Almighty be pleased with them both).

His Eminence, I consider that commemorating this anniversary every year simultaneously with the anniversary of the fall of the buried Baathist dictatorial regime, carries many connotations, meanings and lessons, the most important of which is that the free and resistant rebels will not submit to injustice and injustice”.
Sheikh Al- Khazali continued, saying: Although we are proud and proud of this immortal day in our modern history with the end of the era of the Nazi Baath, which perched on the hearts of Iraqis for many years, and caused many tragedies and groans to our dear people, we affirm our firm and clear position of rejecting the brutal occupation and the necessity of ending the foreign presence.
