Sheikh Khazali demands a clear and frank position to reject the Takfiri approach towards the shrines of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).

The General Secretary of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, His Eminence Sheikh Qais al-Khazali, called today (Tuesday) for the reconstruction of the shrines of the Imams of al-Baqi (peace be upon them), which were demolished by the hand of takfir, demanding a clear and frank position to reject the takfiri approach towards the shrines of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
Sheikh Al-Khazali said in his blog post on the “X” platform, “The eighth day of the month of Shawwal comes upon us every year, bearing a painful memory, when the hand of transgression, malice and hatred extended to demolish in Al-Baqi’, the purified shrines of the imams of guidance, the lamps of darkness and the most trustworthy handhold, who God removed the impurity from them and purified them with a thorough purification”.
His Eminence added, “As we recall this tragedy with all sorrow and pain, we demand a clear and frank stance, to reject and stop the Takfiri approach towards the shrines of the People of the House (peace be upon them) and their Shiites and lovers, and to rebuild the shrines of the pure Imams that were destroyed by the hand of fanaticism and Takfirism”.
His Eminence continued by saying, “May the domes and minarets of those pure shrines rise again, and be a confirmation of the Almighty’s saying (in houses which God has permitted to be raised, and in which His name is mentioned. He is glorified in them in the mornings and the evenings)”.
