The General Secretary of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, His Eminence Sheikh Qais al-Khazali, affirmed, on Saturday, the Iraqi government’s support for the Palestinian cause in general and in detail, and while he stated that Al-Sadiqoon believes in the elements of the state, including the option of resistance, he pointed out that the position of the resistance factions depends on the developments taking place in Gaza.
Sheikh Khazali said in an interview with the Central Political Forum of the Al-Sadiqoon on the “X” platform, that our vision of building the state in the political, security and cultural aspects in a nutshell: Sadiqoun believes in the state and the components of the state, including the option of resistance, considering that resistance is not a strategy that is contrary to the power of the state.
His Eminence indicated that the position of the resistance factions depends on the developments taking place in the conflict taking place in beloved Palestine and proud Gaza, pointing out that the unity of the fronts is a prior decision taken by the resistance axis and that the resistors have proven that they are like a single body, and the master of the resistance, Mr. Hassan Nasrallah, we consider him trustworthy on this axis.
His Eminence added that there is no need for the Iraqi government to take a military stance on the Palestinian issue while the resistance is doing its part on behalf of the people, stressing that victory will be the ally of the oppressed Palestinian people and the resistance axis.
