The General Secretary of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, His Eminence Sheikh Qais Khazali, extended on Sunday, his warmest congratulations to Christians in Iraq and around the world on the occasion of Easter, praising their deep national presence and cultural heritage in the country.
His Eminence said in a post on the “X” platform: “With all love and pride, we send our warmest congratulations and best wishes to our beloved Christians in Iraq and all over the world on the occasion of the glorious Easter holiday.
His Eminence added, “We take this opportunity to renew our pride in their genuine partnership in the homeland and humanity, and their adherence to their deep roots and ancient cultural heritage”.
His Eminence continued by saying: “We ask God to bring them back these days with security, peace, tranquility, and abundant goodness. Happy New Year”.
