Sheikh Al-Khazali on the anniversary of the martyrdom of Sayyid al-Sadr and Bint al-Huda (may God sanctify their souls): We renew our pledge to continue their approach and confront tyranny.

The General Secretary of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, His Eminence Sheikh Qais Khazali, issued a statement on the anniversary of the martyrdom of the revolutionary authority, pioneer of the Islamic Awakening, and great philosopher, Grand Ayatollah Martyr Sayyid Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr, and his sister, the martyred, pure, Alawite woman, Bint al-Huda (may God Almighty be pleased with them both). In it, he offered his deepest sympathy and deepest condolences to our Master, the Master of the Age, al-Hujjah ibn al-Hasan (may our souls be sacrificed for him), to the great authorities, the eminent scholars, the Islamic nation, and the dear Iraqi people.
In a statement on the “X” platform, His Eminence called on Almighty God to grant us success in adhering to the path of the two martyrs, and completing their victorious journey in confronting injustice and tyranny, and that we be among those who take revenge for them from the oppressive Saddamist clique, which committed a heinous crime against them that makes humanity blush, pointing out that this sinful clique is marking the end of its dark era of rule on this day, on which it surrendered the Iraq of Al-Hussein (peace be upon him) to the hateful foreign occupation.
His Eminence stressed that recalling the memory of this day, with all its momentous events, is an affirmation that the blood of the great martyr and the pure Alawite faith was and will remain a beacon illuminating the path of pride, honor, and sacrifice for the free. He emphasized that the covenant with them remains, and that we will follow in their footsteps, as they are the best example and model for those who seek the pleasure of God Almighty and strive to serve the project of the Master of the Age (peace be upon him) in establishing the state of divine justice.
His Eminence concluded the statement by saying: “Peace be upon them the day they were born, the day they were martyred, and the day they are raised alive before the Almighty King. To God we belong and to Him we shall return”.
